Topic: Education play a key role in producing human resource for other fields. Explain.

Nowadays, education is viewed as a vital key to success in life, and knowledge has become every individual’s aim or concern. Each one of us is born in a different medium and of different social and cultural norms; however, most of us approve of education’s positive effects on society. Therefore, ‘Why do we need education?’ and ‘why do we think education is important?’ is the issue to tackle. To get a better grip of this complex theme we have to distinguish the key role of Education in producing human resources for other fields. To lead a successful country we have to keep it on a standard level of education to be able to impart the cultural heritage to the younger generations. We have a numbers of reasons below to support and enlighten ours topic.

First we will look at the notion of education opening up job opportunities. It turns out that when parents send their children to school they are essentially seeking a 'secure future' for them, which basically means that their children upon getting educated would become eligible for salaried jobs. Even if they do not realize it, the societal norm, which compels them to have their children go to school, is guided by the same motivation. In fact, this pressure is so great that no parent can even think of doing otherwise. Considering that modern education system incurs some expenditure on the part of parents, it can easily be identified as a middle and upward class activity. Since the nature of such jobs is essentially of clerical type, there is almost no scope to exercise an individual's creativity. Most people, even those possessing highest of academic qualifications, cannot derive satisfaction out of their jobs. To compensate for the unproductive nature of jobs they have to be paid higher wages than can be earned otherwise.
This creates an economic gap between the salaried class and the class of people who depend on their hard labor and often engaged in production activities, which sustain the economy. It is primarily this high salary level accompanied by the associated proximity to ruling classes, which becomes the motivating factor for any parents taking a decision to get their children educated. Since the education system is also designed to produce merely a 'clerical' class, upon the completion of their education programs the youth seek fixed salary and low risk secure jobs. With a good education of the younger generation, the government takes care of the progress in the development of the country. But a good education is not just useful for the progress of the country; the aspiration for advancement lies in the nature of every human creature. People wake up every morning with the goal to make new experiences, which enriches their standard of life.

Another factor in today’s democratic society is the people’s striving for the latest information. People in our days do actually have the will to know what is going on in the world around them, they want to know what the government needs all the tax money for, they want to understand what a new law is supposed to mean and all this would be impossible without a good formal education.
We live in an ever changing world. New technologies keep coming up and if you don’t want to be left behind, you must keep up with the world which is moving really fast. Without education it will be really difficult for you to adapt to all these changes. An educated person is much more aware of the latest technologies and all the changes that are taking place in the world. For example, an uneducated person may not know about the benefits of the internet whereas an educated person uses this gift of technology regularly for work as well as for entertainment.
Illiteracy often breeds ignorance and this ignorance may prove to be dangerous when it comes to healthcare. Educated people know better about preventive methods which protect them from a number of diseases. An illiterate and ignorant person is more likely to ignore the symptoms and avoids seeking medical aid unless the problem becomes very serious. Hence education enables you to take better care of yourself as well as your family.
Everybody likes a wise and knowledgeable person! Educated people are considered highly reputable in the society. The more educated you are, the more respect you will get from those around you. An educated person has more chances of landing up a good high paying job. Everybody wants a good life but the good life! It may be called as the “root of all evil” but most people will agree that money is important for survival in today’s world. The more educated you are, the better career options you have!
If we want to see the world as a just and fair place where everyone is given equal opportunities, education is what we require. Education is a must if we want to do away with the existing differences between different social classes and genders.  It opens a whole world of opportunities for the poor so that they may have an equal shot at well-paying jobs. Education also plays a major role in women empowerment.
Education saves you from being exploited and fooled. We live in a country where we enjoy a number of rights and freedom.  It is easier to take advantage of innocent and illiterate people. They may be trapped into signing false documents or be deprived of some right which they have because unlike an educated person they are not well aware of their rights and freedoms.

We all live in a society which has its own set spoken/unspoken rules and one of them is education. The society expects you to go to school followed by college, get a job, settle down etc. In fact education helps you become a useful member of the society. An educated member certainly has a greater chance to contribute to his community. Education helps you become an active member of the society and participate in the ongoing changes and developments.
To conclude, education is very essential and necessary for all nations that long their countries to be transformed or improved. Therefore, having a prosperous country, we must strongly consider on a standard level of education in our own country. In fact, a country which consist of educated and knowledgeable people will completely different from a country which contains a lot of illiterates, for both countries will have different standard of living. Hence, educating human resource to be cultivated people is really benefit out our own countries, so human resource is a driving force to lead a country to be outstanding.
